Graduate Programme

Your Application Journey

You will be invited to complete psychometric assessments, to help us understand your ability to learn quickly, solve problems and collaborate. You will be asked to complete various online assessments and will receive full instructions, along with an opportunity to complete practice tests.  

Our online pre-recorded video interview is a great way for you to get know more about your preferred programme and for us to learn about your skills and experience, and understand your motivations for applying to Edrington. You will receive an email with full details on how to access and complete the interview session, ahead of time.

You will be invited to a virtual interview with the hiring team, to learn more about the role, the function and the overall programme. You will be asked a number of competency-based and technical questions and you may also be required to complete a case study or present on a relevant topic. Interviews are a two-way experience and we would welcome the opportunity to answer your questions so please have some prepared! You will need access to a device with a webcam and audio and we will send you further details ahead of your interview, including a top tips guide for virtual interviews.

An opportunity for you to meet the team, face-to-face, showcase your skills and demonstrate your confidence in being able to fulfil the role. It is also a chance for you to ask any final questions regarding the programme, and Edrington.
