We are all living longer in a fast-paced and technology-driven world and enjoying healthy and well-balanced lives has never been more important. Wellbeing is a strategic priority for Edrington, enabling us to reap the benefits of a positive impact on engagement, motivation and productivity.

Our Wellbeing framework helps us to build an even more open and inclusive culture across Edrington, where our people can be themselves and talk openly, build supportive networks and learn new things.

Live well, be well.

Wellbeing Framework

Wellbeing is a priority and Edrington has committed to this through our ‘you-centred’ programme all about Mind, Body and Lifestyle. We recognise that fostering employee wellbeing is crucial to cultivate a working environment where everyone can be at their best, personally, professionally, physically and emotionally.

This forms part of a global framework designed to support you in looking after your mental and physical wellbeing and balancing your life with healthy routines. Let’s enjoy getting active, find the best ways to be healthy, embrace the challenges and feel the benefits - let’s find our balance!

15 Mindful Minutes

Mindfulness is the quality of being present and fully engaged with whatever we’re doing at the moment — free from distraction or judgement, and aware of our thoughts and feelings without getting caught up in them.

Last year, Edrington launched 15 Minutes of Mindfulness sessions for employees, to help start their weeks with focus, calmness, and clarity. Research shows positive effects of Mindfulness on stress and anxiety, as well as increased wellbeing and overall happiness. These short but powerful sessions are available to all.
