Wellbeing is a priority and Edrington has committed to this through our ‘you-centred’ programme all about Mind, Body and Lifestyle. We recognise that fostering employee wellbeing is crucial to cultivate a working environment where everyone can be at their best, personally, professionally, physically and emotionally.

This forms part of a global framework designed to support you in looking after your mental and physical wellbeing and balancing your life with healthy routines. Let’s enjoy getting active, find the best ways to be healthy, embrace the challenges and feel the benefits - let’s find our balance!

Employee Assistance Programme

We believe in giving more, showing we care.

As part of our commitment to employee wellbeing, every Edrington employee and their immediate family members have free access to an Employee Assistance Programme 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

This service is an independent, impartial source of support providing access to practical information, counselling, and support on a wide range of issues and challenges.

15 Mindful Minutes

Mindfulness is the quality of being present and fully engaged with whatever we’re doing at the moment — free from distraction or judgement, and aware of our thoughts and feelings without getting caught up in them.

Last year, Edrington launched 15 Minutes of Mindfulness sessions for employees, to help start their weeks with focus, calmness, and clarity. Research shows positive effects of Mindfulness on stress and anxiety, as well as increased wellbeing and overall happiness. These short but powerful sessions are available to all.
