EDRINGTON AND BERRY BROS. & RUDD ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH NO. 3 LONDON DRY GIN
Edrington and Berry Bros. & Rudd are pleased to announce that they have agreed in principle to enter into a strategic partnership for the No. 3 London Dry Gin brand.
The agreement, which is expected to conclude imminently, will see Edrington, the ultra-premium spirits brand company, take a significant minority stake in No. 3, which will be distributed through Edrington-owned markets including in the US, APAC, GTR and the Nordics. Berry Bros. & Rudd will continue to distribute in markets including UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, and Belgium.
Edrington and Berry Bros. & Rudd have a long and successful partnership dating back over nearly 100 years of collaboration. Both companies believe this strategic partnership will support the worldwide growth of No. 3 London Dry Gin, winner of the prestigious Supreme Champion Spirit Award and named “World’s Best” four times at the International Spirits Challenge.
