Edrington is committed to valuable education programmes that benefit our employees and future talent, allowing people to thrive and feel supported in their lives and careers.

We work with several organisations through a variety of engagements including school-based mentoring programmes. 

We have a key commitment to The Robertson Trust’s Journey to Success Programme, supporting talented young people from Scotland who face social and financial barriers to participation in higher education. 

We collaborate with trusted partners who share our values to welcome talented interns, and we maintain strong relationships with leading learning providers to support our apprenticeship programmes.
