We're proud to give careers to 3,000 people in Edrington, more than 60% of whom are based outside Scotland. Our mission is to provide an inclusive and engaging place to work, where everyone can contribute to and share in our success. To achieve this, we have introduced progressive initiatives that focus on engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, as well as rewarding our people fairly and encouraging them to develop and grow their careers.

Wellbeing

Great people are at the heart of Edrington and we believe that everyday choices we make can help us live healthier and happier lives, both at work and at home.

Our global wellbeing framework, Mind, Body, Lifestyle, has been developed to connect and coordinate wellbeing activities around the Edrington world.

Employee Engagement

Edrington aims to be in the top quartile of companies for employee engagement. We measure this through surveys carried out by independent companies, and which are designed to provide confidentiality and anonymity to our people.
