Learning & Development

At Edrington we believe that everyone should feel empowered to invest in their development – both through growing skills for today and building skills for the future. Whether it’s online learning, in-person programmes or self-led development, we offer a wide range of opportunities designed to spark curiosity, encourage continuous learning and support our people to thrive.

First 100 Days

Learning at Edrington begins on day one. We want colleagues to feel confident, connected, and inspired as they settle into a new role.

A key part of this is our Global Executive Induction, hosted by our CEO and Global HR Director. This virtual experience brings new colleagues together from across the globe to explore Edrington’s history, culture, values and strategic priorities. You’ll also take part in sessions like EdTalks, where senior leaders share their career stories and insights, helping you to understand the bigger picture.
