Recognition

We know that recognition for a job well done, going out of your way to support colleagues or for making an exceptional contribution is important. That’s why we thank our employees for demonstrating the behaviours and values of a great Edrington colleague.

To facilitate this thanks, we have a group-wide approach to encourage visible and regular employee recognition. This allows our colleagues to recognise each other’s efforts ‘in the moment’ and aligns to our Leadership Standards, culture and values, particularly our ethos of Giving More.

Modern Family Leave

We know that the success of our business is founded on developing, and realising the benefits of, a truly inclusive and diverse culture. We want to ensure that we foster an environment that allows great people to thrive and feel supported through their career and as their circumstances change.

Modern Family Leave incorporates the widest definition of maternity, paternity, adoption and parental leave policies, providing a consistent inclusive approach that is gender-neutral and includes adoption and surrogacy. At the core of the policy is the commitment to provide 26 weeks' paid leave for parents following the birth or adoption of their child.

The value of giving lies at the core of Edrington’s company history and it is something that every employee is proud of. To support this, we provide four Giving More leave days every year to all employees to allow them to spend time on the causes that they are passionate about.
